I have never been a barista, nor have I gone to barista-training-school.  What I know is what I taste and what I smell.  I am having an affair with coffee, and I'm not ashamed to shout it from the mountain tops! Okay, that might be  just a little over-dramatic, but I do lurve coffee and I lurve to talk about it.
